During Using
1. Before cooking, wipe off the water or oil inside and outside the pot to prevent the outer surface of the pot from turning yellow and black.
2. Avoid long-time empty pot cooking, which is easy to cause fire and pot body deformation.
3. The food volume should be controlled at 70-80% of the pot volume.
4. Although the pot has excellent resistance to strong acids and alkalis, it is necessary to avoid placing strongacid and alkali foods for a long time as much as possible.

5. If the lid cannot be opened, it is because:
5.1 Cooking for a long time with viscous or swelling food, the pot body and lid are stuck.
5.2 After the pot is heated and boiled, please open the lid of the pot before turning off the heat. If the lid of the covered pot is not opened immediately, after the pot body cools, the pressure in the pot body will be weakened due to the decrease of temperature, causing the pot lid to be unable to open for a while, or the pot lid to deform after being sucked. In the above situation, do not pull the lid hard, just turn on the fire again and heat it for a while, then you can easily open the lid. This happens only with pots and pans with excellent airtightness.
5.3 After the pot is over-cooked and causes the pot to overflow or burn, if you put the pot in cold water immediately, the large temperature difference will also cause the lid to be sucked and cannot be opened. This is caused by incorrect usage.

After use
1. After using the pot, use the residual temperature of the pot to clean the pot, which is convenient and economical. Add water and a little detergent, Use a sponge or scouring pad. Clean the inner and outer walls and bottom of the pot. After cleaning, wipe the body and bottom of the pot with a dry cloth.
2. Avoid using cold water to directly wash hot pots and pans, so as not to cause a lot of water mist and make the pots and pans difficult to clean.
3. For stubborn stains, heat the pot in water for a few minutes before cleaning.
4. If there are white spots on the inner wall of the pot after use, the starch in the water and food will adhere to the surface of the pot wall during the heating process. The removal method is simple, wipe with a little vinegar or lemon slices.
5. If the pot body appears iridescent, it is caused by the overheating of salt and minerals in the food, so use a special detergent to clean it.
6. After the pot is used, whether it is scrubbed with ordinary detergent or special detergent, finally rinse the pot with clean water, and be sure to wipe the pot dry with a dry cloth. Otherwise, the cleaning agent left in the pot will corrode the surface of the pot when it is wet.
7. After cleaning the pots and pans, the residual moisture on the surface must be wiped clean, and then placed in a dry place.
8. When storing, it must be placed in a stable place, so as not to drop the pot and cause the deviation of air tightness
A genuine stainless steel pot will not be like this unless it is coated or is not a stainless steel pot at all
